The driver was blocked by two trucks on a highway in New Jersey and was trying to take a picture when he noticed an out of control semi-truck barreling towards him. The truck narrowly missed his car and instead ended up jumping the guard rail and landing in the opposite lane. The occupants of the truck can be seen exiting the cab of the truck towards the end of the video.
